Growth – $9,500
For orgs managing change that touches multiple teams or systems (e.g., org restructure, leadership change, new tech stack). Includes all Starter deliverables plus engagement strategy, all-hands or team session, and two live support calls. Up to 6 weeks of support
Accelerate – $18,500
For complex, high-impact change (e.g., M&A, org-wide transformation, culture shift). Includes all Growth deliverables plus detailed change roadmap, executive coaching support, and up to 10 hours of hands-on advisory. Up to 12 weeks of support.
